We are a professional and licensed Rooms agency specializing in connecting those with an apartment wishing to rent out a room, with those in need of finding a room for rent. With the high cost of living in NYC, this is often a much sought after relationship, saving money on apartment rental and expanding available options for rent.

We work diligently with new clients to help them find a rooms that satisfies their needs. We will show clients available rooms until they find one that matches their expectations in every way. If a renter takes on an apartment space and then finds it to be less then what they hoped for, we will even help them find a new room one additional time at no extra charge.
