Nick is a passionate Vegan Lover who owns the Vlocator brand that holds a strong presence in educating and making the Vegan lifestyle more accessible to the community. Vlocator also operates a mobile app for vegan lovers to find nearby vegan restaurants matching their preferences. Vlocator also organizes/participates in national and international events to create awareness and remove the stigma connected with Vegan food.

Problem

Current Vegan restaurants were either not using an online restaurant management system or the system they were using was an obsolete one having poor design options, limited customization options for users, inaccurate order delivery, etc. These discrepancies not only result in dissatisfied customers but also increase operational inefficiencies and costs due to the need for order rectifications and refunds.

Vlocator Team finally decided to take a step further and build a platform specifically for Vegan Restaurant owners to revolutionize the customer experience and take internal kitchen management to the next level. The major goal was to let the Guests/customers interact/order/pay at the restaurant while on the other hand letting the restaurant manage the whole business like kitchen, serving staff, payments, and accounting through a single port. The customer order to delivery journey should be fast, customizable, and simple.
